Rules and Regulations

First and for most, the team here at SNB Productions would like to welcome you to our natural pageant system. We strive on making the contestants feel like a winner no matter their placement. With this being said, on to the important stuff.

We would like to stress that we are a NATURAL PAGEANT SYSTEM! This means no beauty enhancements (fake hair, fake teeth, un-nautral tanning ect.) no make-up on children ages of 8 and under, light make-up ages 9 and up and no pro-am routines. We are looking for the total package and natural beauty. Brand new to veteran pageant contestants, all are welcome!

All beauty dresses must have a tag on them. This means no custom glitz dress and no baby dolls. A Wal-Mart/Sears dress is very much welcome right along with a dress shop dress. Any type of store bought dress may be wore, stones or no stones, the choice is yours.

No glitz photos! 5x7 to 8x10 natural photos only. They may have a natural retouch to them but it is the judges call if they feel a photo looks un-nautral. All photos will be available for pick up after the pageant along with score sheets.

No talking to the judges before the pageant. After all contestants are crowned, score sheets will be available for you to take home. If the judges choose to stay for q&a, you may speak with them then. They will be encouraged to leave comments on the score sheets. All judges decisions are final.

If in the event there is a tie, the tie will be broke with the Outfit of Choice score. The Outfit of Choice score is not factored into your beauty score. However, it is factored into the Supreme scores. If you are competing for a supreme title, you must enter the Outfit of Choice.

All contestants will leave with NO LESS then a crown, trophy, sash and goody bag. If for any reason your child does not have all of the above please see an SBN Productions staff memeber and we will fix the issue on the spot or mail the item to you at no cost to you. We can not control if our supplier is out of an item and sometimes things go on back order; but we will see to it all awarded items are given to the contestants.

No poor sportsmanship. If there is an issue with a contestant, please contact an SNB Productions staff member and we will address it. If the problem continues, the contestant(s) or person(s) causing the issue will be asked to leave without a refund and or forfiet a title.

If there is a photographer on site, personal cameras WILL NOT be allowed in the ballroom; this means no cell phone photos as well. If you are caught taking photos in the ballroom with a photographer on site, you will be asked to stop taking photos. If caught a second time, you will be asked to leave the ballroom without a refund. Some pageants will have an onsite photographer that you will be able to purchase your stage shots/photo cd from. They are an independent contractor. If there is no photographer on site, an announcement will be made at registration and you may purchase a photo badge for $5. This photo badge must be wore at all times when in the ballroom and taking photos. Same rules apply as if a photographer was on site.

Door entries at all pageants will be only $5 unless otherwise stated on the entry fee and or event page. Children 5 and under are free. When entering the ball room you must have your hand stamped or a wrist band on. If you have neither, you will be asked to pay the entry fee, or you must leave the ball room.

If you are entering at the door, you must pay a late registration fee of $10. We will be taking registration on line or by mail up to 2 weeks before pageant date. A deposit will hold your spot and will keep you from paying a late registration fee. Deposits are $50.

No rerfunds! All pageant fees are used to buy awards/prizes and other production cost. We do understand things happen and sometimes people can't attend after a deposit/full fee is paid. If this happens, the contestant will get a finalist crown, finalist trophy, finalist sash and goody bag mailed to them.

We will not combined divisons. If you are the only one in your divison, then you are the only one. You must compete in the divison that is your age bracket. We do not do fall backs or aging up.

We will not double crown. If you win Queen, Princess or finalist in your division, you will not pull for a supreme title. If a contestants name isn't called during the line up, then they have pulled for a supreme title and will be crowned after all divisions are crowned.

Outfit of Choice may be custom or off the rack. Please keep it age appropriate. If a judge feels an outfit is not age appropriate, they will score accordingly; so please be very mindful of what you are choosing for your Outfit of Choice. If you have any questions about attire, please email us a photo(s).

No pro-am routines or custom music. Modeling is allowed. However, keep in mind this is a pageant and not a glitz high fashion runway show. We will provide a wide range of music mixes for both beauty and outfit of choice.

By entering an SNB Productions pageant(s), you are allowing us to use your photo for advertisment purposes on our social media sites, pageant brouchers and or flyers. If at anytime you do not want us to use your photo(s), you must contact us by email stating which photo(s) you want removed. We will then remove it from all that we can (unless flyers are already printed and being/been used). We will no longer display the photo(s) after said date.

If you bring your own hair and make-up artist, they MUST hold a valid and current Florida Cosmetology Licenses! This is very important. You the contestant/parent are responsible for making sure they are licensed in the state of Florida and have it with them while on the pageant site; even if they are not doing h&m in the ball room. It is Florida law that if a person doing h&m services and receiving money for the services must be liscenced. The licenses must be approved by an SNB Productions staff memeber. They are also required to be a registered vendor with us even if they are there for your personal use only. If caught breaking this rule you will be asked to leave the pageant with no refund.

All vendors will pay a vendor fee, this also includes private h&m artist. Vendors may not socialize with the judges until all score sheets have been handed to an SNB Productions staff member. Vendors interact with contestants and or may be related to a contestan(s). We want every contestant to have a fair chance at winning a title and not feel that someone won over them beacuse they "knew someone" in the system.

Lastly but very important; SNB Productions, judges, staff, volunteers and vendors ARE NOT responsible for lost, damamged or stolen items. We are also not held liable for any injury or death that could accure at any pageant or event we host.

Everyone entering the ball room must sign this paper. This will also be posted at serveral places in the ballroom.
